List the number of regular users, private offices, shared desks and visitor spaces. A standard 12 × 3.6 m cabin provides two rooms, a toilet and a pantry; alternative arrangements can be manufactured.
Single, joint or G+1
A single unit suits a compact requirement. Joined buildings allow a larger single-storey plan. G+1 configurations add a second level with corresponding structural, stair and foundation considerations.

Identify the required electrical, plumbing, AC and data scope. Furniture and equipment shown in design images are not automatically included.
